Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds or exchanges.
- You have 2 weeks from the received date to be eligible for a return.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached in the original packaging.
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost for your item(s).
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item(s).
- Once you have shipped your item(s) to the return address below, please send us an email kasheliaapparel@gmail.com to notify us of your return. Please include information of the item(s) being returned and reason for return.
- Once your item is received, we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. If your item is approved you will receive a gift card for store credit via email. We will also notify you if your item is denied.
